2.How do I register for an EVIMalaR meeting?
To register for EVIMalaR cluster meetings, at present you will need to register your interest with Hansa Pertab, who will be able to provide you with further information. To register for any other meeting (i.e. BioMalPar 2012) please follow links to external websites to complete registration.
1.I have attended an EVIMalaR meeting, how do I claim my expenses?
Claims within the UK: Please complete the boxes highlighted in blue on the UK expenses claim form for reimbursements in GBP.
Please complete your bank details, name, address and sign returning the form to the EVIMalaR office together with any receipts for travel and subsistence claims. As per Glasgow University Finance Office payment terms, invoices are paid 30 days from invoice date.

2.How will I know when I need to provide reports?
You will be notified well in advance of the deadline by Karen Harron that your reporting submission is required. Each period ends on 30th September, so reporting deadlines will be set around this date.
3.What will I be expected to provide?
You will be required to provide progress summary reports for all of the Work Packages you contribute to, details of any publications citing Evimalar that you have been involved in, completion reports for any deliverables (where you are the lead beneficiary) and also completion of a questionnaire detailing all of your dissemination activities. In addition, you will also be required to assist the financial administrator at your institution in completing the Use of Resources / Form C.
4.How important are my reports?
It is vitally important that you report and that you do so in a timely manner. Your contribution is key to assisting the management office in meeting the deadlines set by the EC. Failure to comply with your reporting responsibilities could result in delay or withdrawal of further Evimalar payments.
1.Does EVIMalaR have an acknowledgement statement for publications?
All publications or any other dissemination relating to foreground shall include the following statement to indicate that said foreground was generated with the assistance of financial support from the Community:
“The research leading to these results has received funding from the European Community's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2013) under grant agreement N° 242095.”
2. Do I need to use a specific EVIMalaR Template for Presentations and Posters?
If you are presenting on behalf of EVIMalaR, or if EVIMalaR is a sponsor, you are required to use the template.
You must include the EVIMalaR logo and FP7 logo on all related presentations, posters, handouts, etc.
